Great traditional seafood and Catalan fish dishes, with different types of excellent rices and paellas, Marta Cid will help you to choose some of the best options of the day, at the hands of the chef Marc Singla, and Albert Enrich, the deserts chef, we recommend you to try one the great starters like the fried fresh calamari a la romana, or one of the colorful salads, like the amazing lobster salad with mango and red fruits, or the burrata salad with contrasts, the involtini with avocado and marinade lobster cebiche, or the very soft vichyssoise with saffron cream. As a main dish you can try one the amazing rices done by this young chef Marc Singla, such as a black rice (a la tinta) with artichokes and cuttlefish, the original country rice (campestre) with rabbit, seasonal mushrooms, artichokes and snails, or the rice of senyorito with crayfish, or if you are not so hungry try the amazing Basque traditional cod fish al pil-pil confit, or the 7 hours cooking neck of lamb with pepper and cardemom. The deserts are well done and we recommend the strawberries mojito or the chocolate icecream and cake. If you are not hundry and you are a large group, we recommend to take paella for less people than the group because rice portions are generous.
