The group, which also owns the Mirador restaurant in the Palau de la Musica and the Vildsvin restaurant in Calle Ferran, has taken on this elegant little place, built in 1851, which housed the mythical study of the fashion designer Balenciaga, as well as the unforgettable restaurant of Jean Luc Figueras, and has reformed it  for something over a million euros.
