Syrah

Syrah is a sophisticated Catalan restaurant, which is best known for its extensive selection of dishes. It offers both the most traditional and the most innovative in Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine, all served with plenty of style thanks to their head chef Xavier Gruber. There´s definitely afew surprises, like the Escudella (Catalan vegetable and meat soup) with meat coulant souffle or the monkfish with pig´s trotters, artichokes and pumpkin seed oil. Dig in to their daring desserts, such as toffee and curry ice cream and the Guiness brioche with cherry and white chocolate ice cream. Service is excellent and the modern, elegant decor makes it a trendy cosmopolitan place.
