Sushi Itto is a restaurant that respects the traditions of Japanese cuisine, while at the same time adapting their dishes to Western tastes. Sushi Itto is a chain now found in several South American countries, as well as the United States. The decor is modern and minimalist, with clear cut lines and bold tones of black, white and red. Every dish is given a lot of attention, and is presented beautifully. Their sushi rolls are very good and their speciality of the month is always a winner. Try their green tea ice-cream, or a fusion dish like "el català maki". Take-away service also available.
